• Acceptance — By using vortixai.tech, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Services — VortixAI provides digital marketing, web development, app development, branding, video editing, social media management, and related services as agreed in individual project contracts.
• Payment — Payments are due as per the agreed project schedule. For monthly services, payment is due at the start of each month.
• Intellectual Property — Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables become the property of the client. VortixAI retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
• Confidentiality — We treat all client information as strictly confidential and do not share it with third parties.
• Revisions — Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
• Cancellation — Monthly service contracts require 30 days written notice to cancel. Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable.
• Limitation of Liability — VortixAI’s liability is limited to the value of services paid for in the relevant project.
• Governing Law — These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
