General Policy

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase for one-time services. After 7 days, no refund can be offered.

Eligible for Refund

• Work not yet started within 7 days of payment

Not Eligible for Refund

• Any work that has already been initiated or delivered
• Digital downloads and toolkits
• Ad campaigns once launched on Google, Facebook, or Instagram
• Social media or SEO management fees once the month has started
• Custom development work once commenced

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered where only part of the work has been completed. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Process

To request a refund, email india@vortixai.tech with your invoice number and reason. We will respond within 3 business days.
